Categorizes of Genomic Tests

Germline

This category of tests include Whole Genome Sequencing, Whole Exome Sequencing, NGS Gene Panel Sequencing. This includes also targeted mutation testing using different technologies.

Somatic

This includes comprehensive tumor profiling based on NGS panels for sloid and liquid tumors. This includes also targeted mutation testing using different technologies.

Reproductive Health

This category of tests include NIPT, carrier screening, and whole genome/exome sequencing. This includes also targeted mutation testing using different technologies.

Pharmacogenomics

This includes the screening for the pharmacogenomics genes and their impact on medication appropriateness and dosage.
